Do you ship internationally?
No, Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We only offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders with a minimum order amount. At present we dont accept cash on delivery across INDIA apart from few PIN Codes. There will be additional convenience fee for cash on delivery. This convenience fee is non-refundable.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
All orders are shipped within 10 working days of placing the order for Custom orders, and it typically takes another 10 to 15 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.
Typical Transit Time By Delivery Location
Within Bangalore: 1 to 2 working days for product in stock and for custom orders minimum of 10 days Metros: 5 to 10 working days Non-Metros and Interiors: 10-15 working days for product in stock. The delivery timelines above are indicational only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?
Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.
How many days will it take for my order to each me incase I choose “Express Shipping”?
NPost Covid19 we cannot guarantee any specific time frame for delivery. However, express shipping means that we will dispatch the order within 2 working days as opposed to 3-5 working days. The delivery time will depend on the courier partner. We will prioritize your delivery if express shipping is chosen.
What if I want to send a gift to someone?
Make your loved ones feel special on different occasions by sending them gifts from our site. You can get an E-voucher from us, a code can be mailed to you, or you can simply choose something and get it special packaged with personalized message just by paying INR 2000 . You can add any personal message or instructions if you want.
